I heard pundants on the news opining that the Indianappolis Colts were not so good as lucky and luck over skill got them to the super bowl this year...and it made me think about how people sometimes can't give credit where credit is due....which could be a twisted way of blaming!

I am not really much of a football fan, but I did watch the games during the playoffs this year. I was rooting for the Colts because they haven't been to the Super Bowl in eons! I thought they played really great ball and deserve to be in the Super Bowl. I don't know why some people have to bring that accomplishment down by saying they are lucky.

Oh well. *rolls eyes* I guess not all blame is scapegoating so then to not give credit would not be reverse scapegoating (per my subject line)...I guess people just can't deal with others' success sometimes and have to try to take them down so they can feel better and THAT I know leads to scapegoating. Somehow this fits in my mind...I just can't quite sort it out right now.

GO COLTS! and I hope that doesn't offend any other team's fans. If it does, please get help! (playful)
