WE MUST FIND OUR TEARS
Much energy is devoted to suppressing pain to keep up a good appearance. That's a terrible way to live. Fear of painful memories overwhelms and paralyzes. It's understandable fear but no more true than fear a child has of the dark.
Most people stay in the angry feelings because that makes them temporarily feel powerful, but in the long run they're stuck and unbalanced. Get alone and let the tears fall. It's the only way to heal your hurts/pain. You will feel many things starting with anger for some. That's ok. Let it all out, alone. As the tears flow freely you will be validated that your hurts matter, you matter, and that's not the way your life was supposed to be lived. These tears are unwept tears deep down inside of a woman whose life has been hard, lonely and nothing close to her dream. Let go and let the tears flow! :')
